Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused, and in the same new condition as when the product was received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to hello@retronicspro.com and one of our team members will get back to you within 2 working days.
